Meidi M460 Header is a header used together with large silage harvester, and featured by smooth cutting and feeding, sharp and durable blades, and excellent operational performance. The M460 Header is fitted with 4 discs for smoother harvesting of high corn stalks, and designed with a folding structure for easy transfer, with a folded width of no more than 3 m. The transmission system consists of a power input transmission shaft and a "water-jacket clutch effectively reducing the temperature of the clutch friction plates and avoiding disc burning and transmission failure caused by high temperature.The transmission is made of aluminum alloy, which reduces the overall weight while providing better cooling effect and corrosion resistance. The unique suspension allows the two ends of the Header to automatically move up and down with the terrain, thus reducing the impact of uneven ground on the Header.It can be used with many kinds of large silage harvesters, such as CLAAS, John Deere, Case New Holland, and KRONE.
